Live Wedding Painting Policy

๐Ÿ’ Retainer & Payment Policy

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. This payment officially reserves your event date and ensures that no other bookings are accepted for that day.

The remaining balance is due before or on the event day (depending on the payment plan agreed upon).

Because each artwork and booking slot is unique and reserved exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if your event is rescheduled, your retainer may be transferred once to a new date, subject to the artistโ€™s availability.

In the rare case that the artist is unable to attend or complete the painting due to an emergency, all payments โ€” including the retainer โ€” will be fully refunded.

๐Ÿ•Š Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

I understand that unexpected changes can happen, and I always strive to accommodate my clients as best as possible.

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify me in writing (via email) as soon as possible.

  • The retainer payment is non-refundable, as it reserves your event date and covers preliminary preparation work.

  • If you have already paid more than the retainer, any remaining balance (beyond the retainer) will be refunded.

If you need to reschedule your wedding or event:

  • Your retainer may be transferred once to a new date, subject to the artistโ€™s availability.

  • If the artist is unavailable on the new date, the retainer remains non-refundable, but you may use it as credit toward a future commission painting (e.g., a couple portrait or wedding memory painting).

In the unlikely event that the artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments โ€” including the retainer โ€” will be fully refunded or may be applied to a future booking, depending on your preference.

The Client owns the physical painting for personal use and display but may not reproduce, resell, or alter the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Artist reserves the right to photograph and share the artwork or live painting process for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
